A rare opportunity to make a breakthrough with your yoga practice! Intensive work on asanas. Learn advanced asanas in a playful and relaxed atmosphere. Swami Saradananda's approach is concentrated and systematic. She makes even the most difficult asanas seem possible to do. Learn special techniques to improve your flexibility, coordination, endurance and strength. The seminar includes 5 hours of asanas daily, as well as sessions of meditation and Sanskrit chanting.
