Hi everybody!
I'm trying to figure out what is the exact reason to turn the body to the right when you're still laying down after finishing the relaxation.
I'm not sure whether is a ritual movement, or because of anatomical or prana reasons.
I read somewhere time ago it is related to the stomach and heart positions in the body, but don't remember exactly why, for it wasn't clear.
Can you help me?

Other reason would be that the pranic nadi called Ida Nadi runs on the left side and opens up to the left nostril. This nadi carries the energy of rest while the right side current Pingala Nadi carries the energy of activity. This can be further studied from Swara Yoga which is specialized in this theme.
