I have a severe back pain and I had undergone many treatments to get rid of it. But none of them gave a permanent relief. I am also considering a massage therapy from a physiotherapy clinic in Mississauga. A friend of mine says that yoga helps to ease back pain. While researching I found an interesting blog which says about yoga poses that help in reducing back pain:

1. Cow Pose :- Bitilasana
2. Downward facing dog
3. Dolpin pose
4. Cat Pose :- Marjaryasana
