For people with Rheumatoid Arthritis in the wrists, who cannot put any weight on the wrists/ hands and are unable to do asanas like Surya Namaskar, where you have to bend and support on the hands, are there any alternative postures or anything available so you can still do Surya Namaskar and other similar asanas without putting any strain on the hands and wrists?
