Where as heart is a physical organ (a part of Sthul Sarir) So I feel better to say meditate with Mann instead of heart as Mann is also a Suckchama Sarir and that resides in soul (Atma)

So before getting into meditation one has to strictly follow the Yama, Niyama rules then gradually he may be able to proceed further for meditation and it should be done under a Real Sadguru who can guide him in a better way.
