laugh and look cheerful. watch laughing photos of members and others and see how bright and active they appear. smiles and laughter add charm to photos and bring out the best expression. laughter is contagious. If you start just laughing all by yourslf without any reason then you will find people around you also laughing without any reason. laughter builds relations by catching emotions and attracting others. I agree with santthosh when he says laugh your way to God and shall add discover your trueself.

About this ONEARTH PRACTICE

Laughter not only strengthens our immune system, it also boosts our energy and protects us from the damaging effects of stress. Laughter connects us to the present moment and nurtures our roots to grow. When it is shared, it will unite us together to increase our happiness and intimacy.
Laughter is another tool to take us into inner silence, to create a space in us and connect with joy to the present moment. Besides, isn’t it nice to remember not to take our spiritual paths too seriously?
The 7th ONEARTH PRACTICE broadcast is being prepared by our wonderful LA team, and will be led by Sebastien Gendry, CEO of the American School of Laughter Yoga.

Sebastien is considered one of the most creative master laughter yoga teachers in the world. He travels over 70,000 miles every year to train several hundred Laughter Yoga Professionals in North America and Europe. He has been featured on many TV shows including Oprah Winfrey.

Please forward this mail to your friends and family! To get the most of this practice we strongly suggest you experience it with a group, but don’t worry if you are on your own. Even the solo participants will benefit from this uplifting event!

ONEARTH PRACTICE Community Update

Check out the ‘New Year meditation gallery’ section of our website to view the beautiful pictures we received after our silent practice in nature on the 1,1,11. The images were taken by many ONEARTH participants on the site where they did the practice. You can feel the energy and beauty of global community channeling through the solstice, full moon and eclipses.

We have loved your art work, so please continue sending your inspirations (music, paintings, pictures, videos, poems, all forms are welcome), we will be delighted to share it with others through the ONEARTH PRACTICE site
(http://www.onearthpractice.com/).

With love and laughter,

The ONEARTH PRACTICE team

Livs advice:
Remember my son that without honesty and common sense you will get nowhere.
- Vad är honesty?
- Honesty is that one keeps the given promisses.
- But what is then common sense?
- that you never give any promisses!
