I would need some information about Trochanteritis. My mother, 50 y.o., more Vata than Pitta, has this.
She already knows that she should not eat meat...
Thank you!

Kennt sich jemand damit aus? Meine Mutter, 50 J.a., eher Vata-Pitta, leidet darunter.
Dass Fleischessen dafür nicht hilft weisst sie schon :-)
Wäre nett, ein paar Tipps da zu bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Standing holding on to something. The biggest, widest circles, maybe figure 8's. The Meridians needed are between the legs, so lightly tap or put a yoga block in between and squeeze that with the legs. Lying down on your back on the floor, place the legs straight up the wall and allow the stale blood to drain. Finger/Thumb pressure in a circle around the Trochanter. Ouch. That is Gall Bladder Meridian used as Pain Management. I like go on the inside of the lower leg right on the inside of the bone as Diablo (Devil) stays there. Four Fingers placed under the knee cap on the outside of the leg. Twang-Strum that tendon. Ouch. 4 finger up over top the ankle now on the inside of the leg. That's another pressure point I like. I use this protocal for running Marathons.
Alot of people do exercises in a heated pool. A lot of people need to be able to have their bones under them like standing up straight. Just pull the toes back and turn the hands lateral (outside) and lift the Clavicle/collarbone, looking staight ahead. Breathe & Laugh.
