Love doing what you love and let it love you back.
With the intention to teach Yoga, I traveled to the source to learn Hatha yoga in Rishikesh India 2012. Close to the foot hills of the Himalayas, people came from all over the world to bathe , mediate, and heal in the pristine waters of the Ganga River. My days were full of practice, from early 5am cleansing to late night meditation . We practiced Chanting, Breathing, asanas, cleansing. We learned and discussed Anatomy/ physiology and Philosophy of yoga. I would have to say the experience was truly transforming. I found more peace and love in my practice than ever before. I truly felt a unity of healing within myself. I found more compassion and love in my practice through the experience. I think the relationships that I made on my travels received with the love of yoga, brought great compassion to my heart. I feel that this was more than a course that was offered, but the beauty of yoga and travel, is a whole new experience. Thank you yoga.
Now i'm a certified YTT and hope to return to India again to learn Ashtanga YTT and meditate at the Osho Ashram. <3 Thank you to everyone that's makes me feel inspired to love what I love most.
