ABOUT DANI SCHER LLC:
I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), am certified in both adult and child CPR/ AED, have been practicing for 12 years, and have yoga liability insurance. I teach yoga for mixed martial arts and have ballet, barre-work, and tap experience.
I am an intensely passionate person and my passion is contagious. There is a solution to every problem and, therefore, it is not acceptable to accept life if you don't like it. Every second of every day you have the chance to change things. Do it!.
My instruction and form is impeccable. It is very important to explain how to move and motivate.
Practicing yoga for 12 years has given me a huge amount of information that is essential to be an excellent yoga instructor. I can do it so can you.
I use yoga to empower the body and mind to be strong. Empowering others is my purpose.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
"Every second of every day, you can take a breath and change. If you are not happy with things in a moment, take a single second and change."

"Telling me that you are not flexible enough to do yoga IS THE SAME as saying 'IM TOO DIRTY TO TAKE A SHOWER.'"
