In other aspects of spiritual enlightenment and growth I am still learning new principles andvalues while learning to apply old principles and values. As far as Yoga, I do not know much personally. But having met a few Yoga students, teachers and practitioners over the years has peeked my curiosity more and more until I have reached the point I have today of joining this network. :D

Just an enthusiast for now but hope to learn more. I am not as flexible these days with all the time spent on the computer! ;) (I am in at least 7 other Ning networks incl. my own mentioned below besides other on and off line ventures so I do not stretch as much as I used to when I was taking karate and tai chi)
I had been neglecting my health for a while but lately I have been encouraged by the right people in my life and now I can handle more and more as my return to meditations and focus on finding the right people, places and activities tends to be the more important guiding force these days.
More about me:
I am an activist seeking a peaceful, healthful way and friends. I am more and more focussed on my health and wellness as well as the peace and prosperity of all - as all and everything are connected and must be united in purpose for the ultimate good. That is not the case (yet) but it's a nice quest! :D
