- In my yoga and meditation classes we dive deep into the silence of the mind. The ultimate goal is to recognize oneself and to rest in this recognitian. For this purpose we lift the prana to the upper chakras and then enter the eternal, everlasting silence. Or in other words we recognize the silence as beeing the silence.
- My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
- Contraction and Expansion are natural human conditions. The art of Yoga is to recognize the eternal silence which we are at any moment in life - no matter if there is a contraction or an expansion.
