I had a car crash 3 years ago, broke my L 2 vertebra, and left ankle, which was fixated with a screw, then removed. I'm in constant pain, but the pain intensity vary. Need to do something to feel better, and remove the pain. Thank you in advance.
My question is: Are there yoga exercises I should NOT practice, or IS recommended for me, concerning my above mentioned 3 years ago broken L 2 vertebra, and left ankle? Thank you very much for your time.
