Hi everybody!I'm trying to figure out what is the exact reason to turn the body to the right when you're still laying down after finishing the relaxation. I'm not sure whether is a ritual movement, or because of anatomical or prana reasons.I read somewhere time ago it is related to the stomach and heart positions in the body, but don't remember exactly why, for it wasn't clear.Can you help me?See More

- I studied in Vigo (Galicia) a Yoga Teacher training course with Madhana. I've attended several workshops of of Yoga Iyengar with Ramón Clarés (from the Yoga Center, Madrid). I've been in two seminars by Narayani (one of them in Yoga Vidya) and a workshop with Sukadev in one of his visits to Vigo. With Narayani and Sukadev I felt the biggest inspiration to keep following the path I once started and which I walk little by little..

"Vasudev kutukbkam" entire world is a family.This is the teaching of our indian culture and tradition.This is a wonderful site to to know our inner self and each other and can make a world a family.
We created countries, boundaries,religions,cast,race for any reason.But this the time to realize that we are one and naturally interconnected with each other which we can just realize by watching inhale and exhale of our breaths. The source is same without any discrimination of religion and boundaries, equally for all living life of universe .When we understand this simple thing then we must understand how our and other's life is equally important, valuable and respectable .
We should follow the nature's rule,God has given us a human life not for destruction but to look after the wellbeing of all living life so that peace and harmony can establish in this planet.
I shall be happy if we could be a friend with harmonious relationship.
