Aurobindo and The Mother, I also love Ramkrishna, Swami Shivananda and all the ancient teachers of india. Let me now which path you follow in your Asharm. I meen DHYAN invite those great ATMAS, you feel very easy.
I think one must know the fact that those who born in this world has to go some time(which is unknownto us). One should never be trapped in SORROW. This is a CHAKRA that we will all have to experience. NONE will be spared. There is NO ETERNAL LIFE.
I too lost my wife quite recently & I was having only 33 years of SATH(PARTNERSHIP). I always feel happy remembering good days I spent with her & being a father of 2 children who are grown up & earning & married too.
DO NOT LIVE IN PAST IT IS BETTER TO LIVE IN PRESENT & ENJOY & THINK ABOUT BETTER FUTURE.
