I have been a Yoga teacher since 1985. I have been privileged to receive Shaktipat and Mantra initiation from Swami Vishnu and have been summer staff at the Sivananda Ashram at Val Morin and staff (Director Pro Tem) of the Sivananda Center in Manhattan in the nineties. Currently and for the last 20 years I have been teaching Sivananda Yoga and Mantra meditation in Ottawa, Canada.

westeners has little bit knowledge knowledge about gyan(knowledge),its not your fault. its ok
om, one thing more, why are westeners in depression and anxiety, because they have money ,but not happiness in life.
my mean for westeners are europians, no family , no relations nothing,only money.
seniours are kicked off in old age homes, why because they all have no good guru to learn, i think they are heartless
many come to me , insearch of joy and happiness.
