My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s: Self-taught and now under supervision of Patanjal Yogapeeth of Swami Ramadev-ji.

More about me:: The recent refresher course of yoga has helped me a lot in handling my Diabetic/ Blood pressure problems a lot, though not totally cured. a number of supporting Ayurvedic medicines helped too. I have full faith in the process and continuing it with patience for a healthier life.
I have no addiction except reading, writing, movies, pets and music. I live in Kolkata with my wife and daughter. I teach Applied Art in the Govt College of Art & Craft, Calcutta - India. The college is 144 years old.
