My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s: My yoga tradition is Shivananda from guru Vishnudevananda and Acharya Arun Kumar ji and Krishnamacharya, from guru Deshikachar and his disceple.
I also receve initiation to Kriya yoga and teaching from guru Shibendu Lahiri.
Initiation and teaching from Amma (Sri Mata Amritanandamay Devi)
Initiation and teaching from Lama Thamthog Rinpoce,( the guru with whom I lived 10 years), H.H.XIV Dalai Lama, Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche

More about me:: I started practicing yoga and meditation as a child, I grew up under the guidance of the most influential living Tibetan masters, receiving love, protection and teaching.
I did encounter the sacred dances; in India I studied Bharata Natyam, dance theater, karnatic music.
I studied for three years at Sera Je Monastery
Every year I go back to India to study, practice, increase my knowledge and to receive the blessings of my guru
