I am an expert in the following areas:: Experience in yoga teaching : asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, meditation, mantra. Relaxation and pain management.

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s: I practice and teach Satyananda Yoga.

More about me:: I teach yoga to a rural community in South Gippsland. Australia. I love kirtan any time of the day and night. I have yet to have the confidence to lead a kirtan but am an active participant, especially when staying at Rockyln( Victoria) and Mangrove (NSW) Ashrams. I find mantra and kirtan, inspiring, healing and uplifting to the spirit.
