- I do not consider myself an expert in any areas, rather a jack of all trades a master of none.
I am a student of life, designer, artist, yoga instructor and friend to anyone in need.
- My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
- I have studied various styles and teachers and realize that they all have merit. The key to success is matching the yoga to the students need. Generally, they will progress in and out of styles - but may favor one over another. My own guru has several studios - I studied at the Seattle location.

From there, I was truly inspired and taught to seek out answers for my mind/body/spirit. To question everything and look beyond the physical plane of existence.
I also enjoy Bikram Hot Yoga, but have no accessible studios near my current location (Fall Creek Falls State Park), but make every opportunity to stop in when I visit Asheville.

PERSONAL

I am a human, daughter, woman, sister, mother, friend, lover. I have traveled and been stationary. Teacher & student simultaneously. I have lived, loved, laughed, cried, screamed, been alone and had the pleasure of feeling the molecular universal hug from God and the universe and KNOWING I am never alone!
As a breast cancer survivor, I was forced to confront the enemy - and to my own amazement, it was ME! Re-evaluation on my entire life began with the introduction of Yoga and its philosophies and a reconnection with the GO(o)D. From that discovery point I have begun taking my infant steps back into the arms of a "welcoming humanity!"

I would like to take this moment to thank my parents for making this day possible! It was from their love for each other that I was created and their guidance that I have survived as a pup in den of wolves.
