Gregg Hill Gopal said… - We are all beginners. Swami Vishnu would meditate 5-6 hours then ask His mind, " Can we do another half hour ?
He once said, " He was really a Bhakta, He just did the Hatha Yoga to get us in." ( the door, coming to Camp)
He brought Yoga to the West ... Not an easy task ...
He said, " Master Sivananda set up his entire life to do that mission. He had human physiology & chemistry in High school. When He taught me ATTC in 1984 I was amazed how much He knew. It was amazing.
One day he took all the blood out of one hand and then put that blood in His other hand as it got very big ! He did say He shouldn't show this type of stuff but then He said He was going to anyway. At 25 years old I was impressed.
After the first full day of Yoga camp I said I'm going to do this yoga. it's been 30 years. Go to yoga-vidya or just stay connected, it's a blast.
