- Style of teaching mainly influenced by T.K.V.Desikachar, on the principles that yoga needs to be adapted to the individual needs. The precision of Iyengar yoga and therapeutic approaches of Satyananda school are also influences.
My personal yoga is based on the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
