So meditate in your heart with love. Atma has no boundries such as country, caste, or religion. The founders of many religions such has Sri Krisna, Prophet Mahammed, Guru Nanak, Jesus Christ, Lord Mahavir, Prophet Zarathustra, the Buddha. They all attain "self-ralisation". By constant contemplation and meditation on Atma they became one with God.
