Fibromyalgia and Yoga

A beginner, yes I am with the yoga experience. Must be careful though. Certain yoga is very very good for those with fibromyalgia, other poses or exorcises is not good for fibromyalgia which I am learning the hard way, but then again in a good way. Sooner or later it would of been learned. Lesson one: back rolls for me is a no no.
