In the present world of the freedom of the choice, most people may find it weird and baseless that the Yoga-practitioners, generally speaking, stick normally to having sex with only one sex-partner!
It is a common practice in the Western World to have one-night stands or the sexual intercourse with multiple sex-partners. Nothing wrong is seen in it.
Even, in olden days, the kings used to have multiple numbers of wives. According to the Sanaatana mythology, the king Dashrath had four wives.
The common Muslims don’t think it problematic to have many wives and many Muslims do indeed have several women as wives.
However, the Yoga Masters and yoga-practitioners have known for long the pitfalls of the sexual relationship with multiple sex-partners and as such have avoided it scrupulously.
Although the Bible doesn’t forbid fulfilling one’s own carnal desires yet it asks it’s faithful to stick to the concept of only one sex-partner in terms of the marriage. Most spiritual approaches in the world advise their own followers not to have sex or the sexual intercourse outside the marriage.
Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee’s scientific theory and explanation
Just as we have the concept of the Eco-system to understand the nature around us, so we have the concepts of the Lenga-Pryaavaranna (लिंग पर्यावरण) or the Genital-system and the Shareera-Pryaavaranna (शरीर पर्यावरण) or the Body-system to understand the finer nuances of the Maanava’s sexual relationship.
Both the Lenga-Pryaavaranna or the Genital-system and the Shareera-Pryaavaranna or the Body-system constitute the Youna-Pryaavaranna (यौन पर्यावरण) or the Sexo-system.
The Lenga means the genital. Shareera means the body.
The Maanava shareera has a microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna. The Lenga is an integral part of the Maanava shareera. But, it has a microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna of its own, too!
The term genital covers the words the vagina and the penis.
Each person has a unique microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna. This in turn determines to a great extent the individual’s capacity to withstand the onslaught its own physical body’s immunity defence system.
When two persons come into bodily or sexual contact then their own microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna interact too!
The contact leads to the two scenarios: (i) their microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna integrate well and neither of them develops a medical problem caused by the harmful elements if any present in the other person’s microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna (ii) their microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna don’t integrate well and either or both of them develop a medical problem caused by the harmful elements present in the other person’s microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna.
The second scenario causes some medical problem initially. However, over a period of time, the affected physical body or bodies develop immunity to the harmful elements present in the other person’s/partner’s microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna.
The newly developed immunity ensures that neither of the person/partner develops any sexual disease. Therefore, the Youna-Pryaavaranna or the Sexo-system of both the persons/partners become and remain healthy in the long run.
The three most common case scenarios in the case of multiple sex-partners are: (i) one person having sexual/bodily contact with a permanently fixed set of multiple partners, but the multiple sex-partners having no sexual/bodily contact with anyone else except this one person (ii) one person having sexual/bodily contact with a permanently fixed set of multiple partners; and one, many or all the multiple sex-partners having sexual/bodily contact with one or many persons other than this one person (iii) one person having sexual/bodily contact with ever changing set of multiple partners; and one, many or all the multiple sex-partners having sexual/bodily contact with one or many persons other than this one person.
The first case scenario ensures a healthy Youna-Pryaavaranna or the Sexo-system for all the persons/partners in the relationship as in the case of the contact between only two persons/partners. That’s why Draupadi, the famous character in the great epic The Mahaabhaarata, and her famous five husbands didn’t have any sexual problem/disease!
The second and the third case scenarios causes medical/sexual problems for all the persons involved in the bodily/physical relationships.
It happens since the immunity system of the Maanava shreeras of all the persons/partners in ever-changing bodily/sexual relations gets confused, isn’t able to or can’t develop a strong defence system against the harmful microbiomial and macrobiomial flora and fauna being received from others.
Moreover, the use of the protective gears such as the condoms can protect partners/persons only against the harmful elements of each other’s microbiomial flora and fauna during a sexual intercourse. But, it can’t guarantee the protection against the harmful elements of each other’s microbiomial flora and fauna existing on the surface of their own physical shreeras.
Thus, as the present scientific research paper shows vividly, it is advisable to follow the Yogic-practice of sticking to one sex-partner!
