THE SHIELD OF AN ASPIRANT

You must develop discrimination and dispassion to the maximum degree. If you are established in discrimination then dispassion will come by itself.
Discrimination is your true and intimate friend. Whenever cravings hiss, hammer them with the rod of discrimination. You will be quite safe then. The blissful, non-dual Para Brahman will be quite close to you then. Enter into It silently.

  • The only way is to devote yourself with surrendering totally, means no ego nothing self only a true love to your deity and this is the practical parameters my dear Bandopadhayay and off course if you like to see practical parameters then you will have to visit to the concerned one physically to watch the truth. One should search within himself than searching outside.

Yes, it is a tough job yet it can be done and it happens NO DOUBTS AT ALL and a common human can also do it and can receive the absolute.

  • Pranam,

Good quotation, but as I recon my friend this phenomena takes numerious incarnations, if one is with the society, for the society and to the society kind of person. And for a sage, who is out of human society  (civilization) yes its quite easier. But I can tell you my friend it is much easier to swallow neuclear waste and then digest it like digesting a banana, than develop discrimination and dispassion to the maximum degree. So I am searching the parameters to practically practise this quotation. Is is possible that you can give me some practical parameters?
