  • This exercise is pretty nice. I would practice it after coming from downtown because one of the most stressing experiences is dealing daily with traffic, smog, and so on. Good pranayama specially if practised in thalassa (the sea), in a mountain and / or in front of an electric fun. This is so because of the good effect of negative ions in health and memory.
