I am having my yoga ashram and Retreats in Mumbai and Pune in India. My Yoga style is Patanjali with Ashtang Yoga Traditional way.

I was practicing Ayurveda traditional practitioner since 1974 and then I realised that Ashtang Yoga and Patanjali Yoga Sutram is having power for delaying aging process. So I accepted Yoga practice as a carrier.
