I am able to take benefit from the wealth of experiences accumulated over the past without feeling the pain. With simplicity I know that I need to remember the past only to the extent that I have to learn from it. Solution: When something goes wrong and I find myself thinking about it again and again, I need to remind myself that all the past experiences are only for me to learn from them. The past is finished and I don't have to undergo the sorrow again thinking about the past repeatedly.
Your relationship with possessions and their relevance to your spiritual practicehttps://my.yoga-vidya.org/forum/topics/your-relationship-with2010-11-06T17:18:33.000Z2010-11-06T17:18:33.000ZSwami Saradanandahttps://my.yoga-vidya.org/members/SwamiSaradananda
<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">I start this discussion on the day that is known in the Hindu calendar as "Lakshmi Pujan" - the new moon on which Lakshmi is said to have arisen from the ocean of milk.

<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Wealth is visualised
