Anxiety is Now a dangerous disease. I wants to tell and wants to know how people can take rid of anxiety through yoga.
Yoga and meditation are the best ways to get rid of them.
There are many asanas though which we can come out from anxiety.
I also found there are many yoga institutes that provides classes for that they are delivering courses for them.
