Every Gynecologist advise mild to moderate physical exercise to pregnant women in order to facilitate the delivery.As also did Yoga therapists especially during the 1st Trimester.But if a woman has got abortion for some reason,Doctors advise absolute bed rest when she becomes pregnant next time.I 'm expecting u r valuable opinion on whether practicing specific Asanas will help a women, particularly with a previous history of repeated abortion.And is it advisable practicing some sort of Asanas or pranayama during pregnancy? If so what are the Asnnas u will suggest?
