laughter helps to release pressure, tension, stress and make u feel positive. they say even fake laughter is equally useful as body does not differentiate between fake and real laughter. one thing more -- fake it - fake it- fake it and make it./ laughter has no language, religion and race-- it is natural and make u feel healthy and peaceful

During my Clown-training I noticed, that Weeping an Laughing cause nearly the same effekts in my body and also it sounds very similar. I got the idea both can bring some kind of cleaning, because afterwards I feel much better than before.
