Mind and body Foundation invited Mohinder Anand for yoga laughter programme at their Auckland NZ office for their staff members on December 17, 2010. Over 35 members wholehearted participated and appreciated the programme. Already conducted over 300 free training programmes in New Zealand so far. Request members to reach maximun number of people for promoting physical and mental well being through anand yoga laughter programme
