More about me:
I started to practice Hatha Yoga while in my 20s, under a local teacher in a small South American country, Guyana. I loved the class and lived according to the principles learnt there. I became the assistant and carried on the class on his demise. When I left Guyana I continued yoga on my own, I share my knowledge with anyone that come to me.
My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
I believe in God, in any names or forms. No God No Peace!! Know God Know Peace . Go with the Flow. Everything falls into place in the right time.
