... live in a Yoga Center or Ashram
I am an expert in the following areas:
The main yoga style taught at Yoga India Foundation is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all modern yoga. We believe that one needs to learn the basic postures of Hatha Yoga to become a confident and knowledgeable yoga teacher. With the foundational and basic understanding of hatha yoga, aspiring teachers can, later on, teach any yoga style they prefer. In Yoga we divide the body into 5 layers or sheats: Physical body – Outer layer Mental body – Thoughts and emotions Pranic body – Energetic body Understanding body – Concepts, ideas and understanding Bliss body – Feeling of joy, happiness, bliss, satisfaction
More about me:
Yoga India Foundation is located in the World Capital of Yoga: Rishikesh, India. Rishikesh is surrounded by the Himalayas in Northern India. The holy River Ganges separates the city into two parts. Rishikesh has a great spiritual history. Through its high-vibrational energy, thousands of sadhus, spiritual seekers, monks and yogis are attracted to the city every year. The Yoga India Foundation Ashram is located in Visthapit Residency Area, the peaceful part of Rishikesh. Away from the noisy and polluted main market, you will practise yoga besides the national park, river and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature. Our Ashram has 20 rooms, two big yoga halls, a roof-top hang out area, lecture hall and a restaurant with ayurvedic kitchen. We understand our students needs and try our best to make their stay happy and comfortable.
