I mainly practice Bhakti Yoga & have a limited practice Anusara Yoga.

I healed 8 1/2 years of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia by chanting a mala of Gayatri Mantra a day for 6 weeks over 2 years ago. After that powerful demonstration of the power of sacred sound, I began a serious Bhakti practice and have only recently began to add Hatha Yoga.
