I am an American living in Germany. My husband is German. I am retired and have some health issues. I began looking at yoga videos a few months ago and became very interested and began to try the poses out. I am feeling better and have been trying to locate someone in my area to perhaps go to classes. I like the genle/relaxing yoga, like T. Krishnamacharya brought to the West.
