I am a third dan black belt in karate and black belt in Kungfu and expert in Swami Sivananda style Yoga.Iam a Bsc. Zoology graduate and i have a diploma in naturopathy and yoga(DNYS)
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
By the grace of god and his holiness swami Sivananda i developed a system in yoga as Yogart and wrote books on it.I dedicated my books to his holiness swami Sivananda. Iam a householder. Iam writing my books under the pen name Yogananda. Iam a vegitarian and i used to practice yoga at two times per day. I only take two times food.

My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:
Before seven years i was under the grip of digestive disorder. Medical doctors adviced me to take rest and select a homely job.By the grace of his holiness swami Sivananda , yoga came to my help. I do yoga regulerly and my digestion became strong and worked as a sales manager in north india for about two years. From that incident i select yoga practice just like my breath that turned me to invent Yogart and now iam trying to spread yoga door to door shore to shore
