More about me:: I am yoga teacher and runs my own yoga school in Rishikesh since 2014. Since 15 years I was living in an ashram for my yogic studies, and then went to Himalayas to study yoga and philosophy. Now i am pursuing PhD in yoga.

Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org: I want to learn and share my knowledge with other yogis too.
