... am a Yoga Practicioner
I am an expert in the following areas:
There's nothing I can teach as there's far too much still to learn.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Yoga weaves through my life in many forms, at different times and for different focuses. I began practicing the Asanas of Hatha Yoga when I was a young teenager in the late 1960's. Many years later I was initiated into the Kriya and the Kriya Yoga Institute by Swami Saraveshwarananda Giri in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda. I studied Raja Yoga for a few years with the Brahma Kumaris and also more recently Solar Yoga with Hira Ratan Manek. Some aspects of Ashtanga Vinyasa suit my body type although the integrated approach of Sivananda has good resonance for me.
More about me:
My current focus is understanding Advaita Vedanta

Perfect Brilliant Stillness by David Carse

Oneness by John Grevan

Already Awake and Being: the bottom line by Nathan Gill

This is Unimaginable and Unavoidable by Guy Smith
