ery kind of you to think of me on my 69th birthday! I do the very simplest sessions twice every day (Alternating with Complete Beginners with Aruna, Ten Minutes for Beginners with Lisa (also Lisa on Yoga Relax and Yoga Eye Exercises, and Aruna and Carlotta Yoga for your Back). I may never get beyond theses (should have started earlier in life than age 67!) but I feel so much better for doing them regularly, thanks to you and Yoga Vidya!
Thank you for the birthday greeting Sarah! I'm still very new in this group, but I do use its resources. I especially like to practice with the videos (I'm a beginner to yoga and not very limber) and they make a big difference in how I feel, both mentally and physically. Namaste.
