Hii, I am Shaurya Prakash, I am a beginner in this field. From my childhood I was interested in ancient yogic techniques but because of too much involvement in my career I didn't put my best to learn yogic techniques. i used to practice aasanas, pranayama and meditation which give very positive impact on my career. Here i am to share my experience as a practioner of yoga. So, that other can get inspiration from my life and I can give a small contribution from my side to promote this ancient Indian art.
