You ask how I doYoga+ Meditaion?
I start the day with a prayer (Bhakti-Yoga), some Kriyas, sometimes I remember "Aham Brahmasmi". Most time of the day I do Karma- Yoga, that means I do the things I have to do in family, yoga- classes, job, house, garden, neighborhood....Then I do Hatha-Yoga (Asana, Pranayama, Meditaion). I like to recitate mantras+ to study Raja- +Jnana- Yoga+ "Shavasana"(relax)...Sometimes the day is too short for all this + I have to accept+ to thank for the lessons... :-)
What do you do?
I recently gave to my yoga class a session in Tibetan klang healing meditation according to Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche's teaching with Tsa Lung exercises (Pranayama) which are said to clean the energy channels and open the Chakras. My students reported of different good effects after the session and that they had a feeling of well being and it gave them reflections how they could express and develop more joy, love, compassion and equanimity in daily life.
