Dear ASPIRING YOGEENEEs/YOGEEs,
1. TRUE - The GYMNASTICS isn't the YOGA. ELSE, all those crores of people doing PHYSICAL YOGA led by SWAMI RAMDEVA would have by now had their Kundalenes awakened and would have had Brhama-Darshana. Whether one likes THIS FACT or NOT............!

Dear ASPIRING YOGEENEEs/YOGEEs,
1. I know you all have some REALLY nice basic knowledge of the Yoga. Still, my experience based on interactions with a large number of devotees/spiritual seekers of different sects/gurus is that HARDLY any one of them knows the following two BASICS of the Yoga:
A. Practising of the NAADEE SHODHANA KREYAA/PRAANNNAAYAAMA for 15 minutes daily is enough for your well-being in case you lead a jet-speed fast urban life and don't have…

they do all kind of physical excercise with a perfection and have
a command over theri body. They have such elasticity in their body
movement which we in genral can not think even but mind it they do not
have such Yogic Power and are not Yogi.
So you can think where you are?
Similarly, sitting with a close…

"In a clean spot, having established a firm seat of his own, neither too high nor too low, made of a cloth, a skin and Kusa-grass, one over the other.
“There, having made the mind one-pointed, with the actions of the mind and the senses controlled, let him, seated on the seat, practice Yoga for the purification of the self. "

Thy right is to work only, but never with its fruits; let not the fruits of action be thy motive, nor let thy attachment be to inaction. Perform action, O Arjuna, being steadfast in Yoga, abandoning attachment and balanced in success and failure. Evenness of mind is called Yoga.

"He who is the same to foe and friend, and also in honor and dishonor,
who is the same in cold and heat and in pleasure and pain, who is free
from attachment, He to whom censure and praise are equal, who is

devotion - that man is dear to Me. They verily who follow this immortal
Dharma as described above, endowed with faith, regarding Me as their
supreme goal, they, the devotees, are exceedingly…

Taking Mantra from books and start chanting cannot be affective and it
is worthless and waiting your valuable time, because books itself
cannot say its techniques and sound. Since, mantra is the main medium
to have blessing from Gods and the Gods and the Goddess are
reside in mantra. So without knowing its actual techniques no one even
can feel its affect either good or bad. So technique is the "Tantra"
through which one can fullfil his desire but to know the…

into full breath awareness will awaken your whole-body consciousness.
