Bhairava mudra

Rest your hands in your lap. Place your right hand on top of the left with both palms facing upward.
In Indian mythology, Bhairava is fierce form of Siva.

The joined hands represent the union of the ida and pingala nadis (meridians) – or the equalization of the two hemispheres of the brain.
