Balance...anyone....work life balance

I find myself wishing I could do yoga more than I do. Spiritually, it allows me to feel vibrant inside, allowing my meditation to inspire before my day or after my day depending when I go to work. How does one create their life to fulfill in life? There are many ways that I would like to, however, working a full time management position, either early evening, mid shifts, or evening (toward overnight) shies me away from the things that I feel my body needs more than anything. Maybe the…

How do I implement yoga as a purpose?

I find myself wishing I could do yoga more than I do. Spiritually, it allows me to feel vibrant inside, allowing my meditation to inspire before my day or after my day depending when I go to work. As Each day goes by

AS EACH DAY GOES BY, I LEARN MORE AND MORE....DO YOU? OVER 40 YEARS IN MY LIFE...AND COUNTING, LIFE IS BUT AN EDUCATION WITH SO MANY MORE TEACHERS OUT THERE TO TEACH ME HOW TO LIVE AND HOW TO COPE WITH LIFE AS IS. Chronic Pain and Fatigue

/p>

One of the best things I have realized in my short time of doing yoga is the progressive awareness in defining the pain of chronic pain and fatigue that has joined me in my life over the years. What yoga has done, (never thought I would like yoga), has changed my outlook upon life, my spiritual side, and the surrounding of others of people, place, and things. Enjoying the fact that yoga is not only an instrument of inner music, but it also allows a meditation from within so deep…

Fibromyalgia and Yoga

A beginner, yes I am with the yoga experience. Must be careful though. Certain yoga is very very good for those with fibromyalgia, other poses or exorcises is not good for fibromyalgia which I am learning the hard way, but then again in a good way. Sooner or later it would of been learned. Lesson one: back rolls for me is a no no. What happens is that the back roll ignites the tender points in the back causing the fibromyalgia to spark and pain to arise. This is day number three that the…
