I think we should have a practice of adding a line of caution for the general public about health hazards associated with the advance Yogasanas, if tried in absence of suitable supervision.

My simple rule is simply to never ever ever fall out of the headstand.
My one bit of advice is to push yourself ever so carefully to a three hour headstand. I read from Sivananda several places to do such!!!
