Such emotions, no matter how well hidden, are finally always communicated to others on a subtle (non-physical), non-verbal level, and create an atmosphere of tension and unease.

* Not letting go of negative perceptions (understandings) and emotions. The only method to revive our relationship with others is to let go of negativity on a daily basis, to prevent it from building up. Far too often, the build-up happens without us even noticing it and, we wonder why positive feedback is not coming from the other side.

* Lack of silence. To go deep into the self and put our thoughts and feelings into silence enables them to become positive. Like a baby that is in their mother’s womb, the body of the mother is actually the OUTER body of the baby. So anything that happens to the mother forms an energetic imprint and affects the child. For example, if the mother smokes or drinks alcohol during the pregnancy, this goes directly to the child and forms imprints, which may manifest as physical birth deformities or genetic problems which eventually manifest into physical dis-ease. IF your DNA activated upto 6% you out of disease.

So it is the same thing with the Earth and us. The Earth is OUR outer body. This is why it is called Mother Earth. Our morphogenetic field (form holding blueprint) exists as part of the larger morphogenetic field of the Earth. If something happens to the Earth’s energetic grids, then we inherit these problems into our own grids. Our energetic anatomy is exactly like the Earth’s, with chakras, meridians, axiatonal lines, and DNA. Our 13th chakra is actually one we share with the Earth and exists at the Earth’s core. So if a cataclysm happens with the Earth and it pokes a hole in the Earth’s grids, then what happens is that “hole” is poked into every person’s DNA on the planet. ...now the tie is coming our mother earth entering into4th dimension those who are meditating they will get more power very easily to get self realisation...
We are at a very important point in history right now because we have the ability to regenerate our original organic imprint for health. And we don’t need science and fancy equipment to do this. We are just required to learn how to use what we came in with – our mind-body-spirit system to direct our mind to alter the scalar waves by which our DNA is composed....
Our evolution is directly and intimately tied to the Earth’s. And the actual purpose of the Angelic Humans is to assist the Earth with what is happening now. This IS “why we are here”. Because by raising our own frequency and bringing more light into our fields by DNA activation, when enough people do this and it meets “critical mass”, this will actually reset the distortions in the Earth’s grids so that we can all ascend together in 2012. All masters that have come, are here, and will come know about DNA activation and spiritual evolution does not happen without it..

The God wisdom of self realization...The life force is the link between matter and spirit....https://my.yoga-vidya.org/profiles/blogs/the-god-wisdom-of-self-realization-the-life-force-is-the-link2013-01-17T17:30:00.000Z2013-01-17T17:30:00.000ZDr.Darshan Singhhttps://my.yoga-vidya.org/members/DrDarshanSingh

No devotee of any religion should be satisfied with untested beliefs and dogmas, but should engage himself in practical efforts to attain God –realization. Governments all over the world are leaving no stone unturned in controlling the spread of these diseases. Billions are being spent on research and development of medicines and surgical procedures that can help heart patients. Despite all this, heart disease and its many manifestations continue to attack the global populace with ease. This just proves that there’s something amiss somewhere.

So, where are we going wrong? What can we do to protect ourselves from this growing threat? The answer can be found in Ayurveda – the world’s oldest science of healing.

Heart Disease – Alarming Numbers Everywhere

Heart diseases are the number one cause of death globally: more people die annually from heart diseases than from any other cause.
An estimated 17.3 million people died from heart diseases in 2008, representing 30% of all global deaths. Of these deaths, an estimated 7.3 million were due to coronary heart disease and 6.2 million were due to stroke.
Low- and middle-income countries are disproportionally affected: over 80% of heart disease deaths take place in low- and middle-income countries and occur almost equally in men and women.
By 2030, almost 23.6 million people will die from heart diseases.
Current projections suggest that by the year 2020 India will have the largest cardiovascular disease burden in the world.
One fifth of the deaths in India are from coronary heart disease. By the year 2020, it will account for one third of all deaths. Sadly, many of these Indians will be dying young as heart disease in India occurs 10 to 15 years earlier than in the west.
There are an estimated 45 million patients of coronary artery disease in India. With millions hooked to roller-coaster lifestyles, the future looks grimmer.
According to Ayurveda, the heart is located in the Heart Chakra (known as the Anahata Chakra). This Chakra is the seat of the Physical Heart, the Mind, Emotions, and the Soul. Like the central girder of a house, the heart holds all these aspects of the body together. So, if any of these elements is out of balance or in an unhealthy state, it affects the other parts, leading to heart disease.

Caring for the Physical Heart ..
/.........................................

The health of the physical heart is most stressed upon when it comes to heart-related diseases. Faulty dietary habits, sedentary lifestyles, continued tobacco usage, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol are some of the well-known risk factors for heart disease.

Following the simple measures given below will help you keep your physical heart healthy:

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables
Eat fresh, home cooked food
Keep away from tobacco
Cut down on body fat; lose weight if you are overweight
Reduce intake of salt
Eat whole grains
Reduce intake of saturated fats
Be physically active; exercise at least 30 minutes daily

Caring for the Mind

In the modern age, it is evident that many heart diseases, even the ones that are physical in nature, have a root in the mind or Manas. In fact, modern clinical studies have proven that mental stress, anxiety and depression also happen to be major risk factors for heart patients.

According to Ayurveda, the mind has three different characteristics, known as the Gunas, namely Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. A mind dominant in Sattva is peaceful, relaxed and strong. In this state, the intelligence is active and one can discriminate between what is good and what is bad. Rajas is responsible for an active mind, but when Sattva is low and Rajas is dominant, the mind is negatively active and will come up with do things that can harm the body. Tamas indicates an inert or dull state of mind and, when dominant, it generates confusion. Modern foods and lifestyles generally enhance Rajas and Tamas, making the mind overly active and confused. As a result, we eat foods and do things that cause imbalance in the normal functioning of our body and mind.

In order to maintain the balance of the mind, we should take steps to enhance Sattva. Fresh, natural, organic, and vegetarian foods increase Sattva, so try to include them in your diet. Canned foods, processed foods, foods containing chemicals/preservatives, deep fried and heavily spiced foods, junk foods, meat, stimulants like caffeine, alcohol, and drugs should also be avoided as they increase Rajas and Tamas. Also, listening to soothing music (classical, spiritual), watching relaxing TV programs (history, culture, humor, etc.) and using soothing aromas are other ways to increase Sattva.

Caring for the Emotions...........
.............................................

Our emotions play a key role in the health of our heart. Over the recent decades, research has shown that emotions such as anger, lust, hostility, jealousy, fear and greed increase the risk of heart disease by as much as 200 to 300 percent. Therefore, a holistic approach to heart diseases requires that we address the issue of negative emotions and find means of fostering positive emotions. Love, control on anger, inner calm, and feelings of love and compassion are described in Ayurveda as qualities that lessen the risk of heart disease.

The best means of developing positive emotions is practicing deep breathing or Pranayama. "Prana" is breath or vital energy in the body. On a subtle level, it represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force. This energy has the power to suppress negative emotions and achieve a healthy body and mind.

Caring for the Soul

The soul or ‘consciousness’ (atma) is also a critical aspect of the heart chakra. According to Ayurveda, the soul is pure and cannot be maimed. By being spiritual, you can become aware of ‘self’ and realize that ‘I am Soul’. And once you have this realization, you will pave the way for a healthy and happy heart. Practicing meditation, chanting mantras and praying daily are some of the simplest ways of becoming spiritual and caring for your soul.

YOUR ONLY WEALTH......https://my.yoga-vidya.org/profiles/blogs/your-only-wealth-12010-09-03T16:56:52.000Z2010-09-03T16:56:52.000ZDr.Darshan Singhhttps://my.yoga-vidya.org/members/DrDarshanSingh

Remember, only that which you can take with you when you leave the body is important. The fastest, most accurate way of finding your true inner voice is to meditate. Now some people have an idea of meditation as being the need to
sit in some ridiculously uncomfortable position for hours at a time - with your
legs and arms all contorted into some strange posture. But believe me, meditation is not some trick or unattainable
discipline that is only for hippies or spiritually enlightened individuals. I
really want to dispel any preconceived ideas about meditation that you may
have. Put simply, meditation is just your ability to relax and be quietly
reflective. That's it.

It doesn't matter where, how or why you meditate. It only matters that you take time to do it. For some people, sitting gazing into a fire is meditation, for others it can be working out on a machine at the gym, watching planes taking off, or even enjoying cars racing around a track. It honestly doesn't matter.
Whatever relaxes you and allows you to spend time being quiet and listening to
your inner voice is the state of meditation. Aha - you're probably realising
right about now that you meditate all the time - of course you do! It is a
natural state of our spiritual being. Daydreaming is a form of meditation.
Driving in your car is sometimes a form of meditation (you know when you arrive
at your destination and then suddenly think - how did I get here, I can't
actually remember making that turn....) It's all time when you go quiet and
take yourself inward. So you see, you have been unconsciously meditating for
years! The next step is to do it consciously.

. When you consciously meditate, what you are doing is controlling the flow of your thoughts, to your own desired outcome. This way you are going inward in order to consciously project outward, your hearts true desires. You are creating your reality. When you are able to become peaceful and still, you release all the resistance you may have to what you really want, and then the
flow of abundance can reach you much faster, and more easily. Consciously
meditating on a regular basis will give you control over your mind, your ego.
That chattering part of yourself that will consistently tell you that you need
this and that to be fulfilled and to be happy. The real truth is that you need
nothing to be fulfilled. You are already whole and beautiful, just as you are.
Knowing this, you can then bring whatever you want to yourself to enjoy, but
not be attached.That's the key!

Attachment will bring you only misery and fear. Misery as you realise that once the flush of attainment has worn off, you now desire something else to feel happy (your ego is an expert at constantly moving the boundaries, in order that you never feel fully satisfied with what you have), and fear that no matter how much you attain, it
might be taken away from you. The only thing, in this life that is permanent,
eternal and immortal is your true self - your soul.

Everything else is only temporary and illusionary. Nothing stays with us forever. We just sometimes hold onto something for a short time before it passes to someone else. That is the nature of this earthly plane. You cannot change that. The old saying "you can't take it with you when you die"
is so true!! Why spend all your time and effort accumulating and holding onto
as many material things as you can when you know this truth? By all means,
enjoy your material possessions. That is one of the great things about this
life, we can enjoy whatever we would like to enjoy if we do it with open
hearts. Enjoy your possessions but allow them to move on when they are meant to
- holding tight onto things will only block the flow of energy that works in
your reality. To increase your enjoyment and the flow of abundance to you,
release things when they have served their purpose for you, and allow them to
go. This frees the energy and then allows you to constantly receive all that
you require and more. Life is about flow. Look at the change of seasons, the
ebb and flow of tides. Everything is movement and energy.

It cannot be stopped, and if you try to stop the flow by holding tight, then you will experience pain, but you will not ultimately stop the flow. Things will leave you, or you will leave them at some stage. Just as you cannot stop the seasons from changing from Summer to Autumn and Winter to Spring. Everything is cyclical. Change is a
part of life, and the sooner we accept that and flow with it, ironically, the
sooner we will receive all our heart's true desires - and more!

Meditation ...............
I have divided the meditation into three categories.

BEGINNING- Find ten minutes per day to spend on your own, somewhere preferably where you won't be disturbed. Sit comfortably (you can lay if you wish but you run the risk of falling asleep!) Concentrate on your breathing. As your ego interrupts with little niggling thoughts (as it will) just observe the thought
and let it go. Pay no attention and try not to attach any feeling to it. Come
back again to your breathing. (You can even say to yourself.......I am
breathing in.........I am breathing out).

As you practice the above each day if possible, you will find yourself
naturally going into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation and you may wish
to extend your meditation time. l

DEEPER --Set aside 20 minutes to half an hour of time on your own. Concentrate on your breathing as above. When you feel yourself quieting, and the chattering become less intrusive, take your awareness to your heart chakra area (middle of your chest) Mentally affirm "I ask now for Divine Spirit to fill me with
love and light, and to remind me of my pure spiritual self". Feel this
area growing warm as you fill with light and love. Stay with this for as long
as you wish before bringing yourself back to the present.

The above affirmation will help keep your concentration centred on yourself and
your own divine being, through light and love. This is a feeling meditation, so
there is no need to project anything. Just be aware of what you are feeling. In
time you will easily feel love and warmth radiating from your heart chakra to
all parts of your body.

As you progress, you can then start to consciously visualise desired outcomes. I have listed a simple visualisation exercise below.

VISUALISATION

Relax as per the meditations above. When you feel deeply relaxed, imagine, in
your mind's eye your own beautiful garden. See the vibrant colours, feel the
soft breeze on your face, and hear the birds singing. Expand your garden as
much or as little as you like. After spending a few minutes in your garden,
take yourself to a beautiful, tall tree, and sit yourself down on the ground
with your back resting comfortably against the trunk. Feel your connection to
Earth, through the strong, solid roots of the tree. Directly in front of you,
imagine a tall free standing mirror. Now in your mind, formulate one true, pure
desire that you have for yourself. Look into the mirror, and see yourself
achieving this desire. See yourself living your life as already having achieved
this one wish. Notice how happy you feel. Now affirm to yourself "I am
truly blessed and grateful that I have (your wish) and I thank Divine Spirit
for providing all of my needs and desires effortlessly." Let the mirror
fade away as your desire is sent out to the Ethers. Bring yourself back to the
present moment, keeping the happy feeling with you.

When consciously meditating, it can help to set the mood with soft lighting
(candles!), incense (if it doesn't bother you) and relaxing music. Remember,
it's about what makes YOU feel comfortable, so stick with what feels good for
you.

It can also be a good idea before you really start, to imagine yourself in a clear bubble, filled with pure white light. and your highest Spirit Guides to provide a dome of protection over you whilst you meditate. This will keep you safe, ease your mind and help to make the whole experience more comfortable for you.

When bringing yourself out of meditation, do so slowly and gently, by concentrating on feeling your physical body, and being aware of your surroundings, and the present moment. Remember to take your time to stretch at the end. Stand slowly, and drink some water before you continue with your day.

"I know that my highest self is always ready to lift me up beyond the
world I experience ..AS your consciousness raise higher dimension things start materialization start... ..
Be in the Present.......https://my.yoga-vidya.org/profiles/blogs/be-in-the-present2010-02-25T15:00:00.000Z2010-02-25T15:00:00.000ZDr.Darshan Singhhttps://my.yoga-vidya.org/members/DrDarshanSingh
Withdraw your energy from the past. Don't unnecessarily waste your time and energy in imagination, because no imagination is ever fulfilled. It is because of this that the proverb exists in every language: "Man proposes, and God disposes" because you imagine a certain thing in the future, and it is never so.

Withdrawing yourself from past and future, you will become a tremendously intense energy, focused in the present, concentrated in the present like an arrow.

Each moment being aware, alert, watchful, in the herenow, is the way not to miss the train. It is the same energy dancing in different forms. We in the East have called it 'leela'. Leela means god's play.

EVERY MOMENT........
.................................................
Meditation cannot be a fragmented thing. Going in, you go in with it; coming out, you come outward. As you go in, there is a small fragment of a moment when the breath stops before it starts moving outward. And once it has moved outward, for a split second the breathing stops again.
