This may cause them to flare up, misunderstand you, misfind your talk/messages inappropriate, they may feel awkward, they may wrongly feel you are trying to Control them, they may feel you are OverAnalysing, and so they may in a rage break their friendship-relationship -acquaintanceship with you off, if they happen to be an immature person.

If you happen to be at the receiving end of such early morning mood spoilers, you better ignore such energy-sapping depressing talks/messages. Deal with them only in evening hours after your work is over and your mind is peaceful."
