Sitali - Yoga Breathing exercise for freshness & relaxation

Sitali, the cooling breath, enables you to cool down, to relax, control appetite if you are on a diet and to prevent headache. It is a Pranayama to reduce an access of Pitta, of fire. With the help of this Pranayama you can achieve serenity and calmness of mind. You can practice sitting in front of the computer, at work, at home or anywhere. You can sit on the floor or on a chair.
