In an earlier research paper titled "HOW DOCTORS CAN FIGHT CORONA-19 VIRUS BY USING UNCOMMON COMMON SENSE" dated May 5th, 2020, Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee had said'"...The doctor attending to Covid-19 patient must factor in various visible and invisible symptoms and then use a wise combination of anti inflammatories, antihistamines, anticoagulants, and antibiotics, etc, to treat the patient....For example: if you observe that the patient is becoming breathless, it may also be due to lessened oxygen supply caused by coagulation of blood in blood vessels. It's a known fact that the smoothness of blood vessels ensure there is no clotting. Clotting indicates possible inflammation of blood vessels due to deposition/creation of an excess number of copies of Corona-19 virus/protein.
Therefore, you may take a chance to save the patient by injecting anticoagulants/medicines such as Heparin, enoxaparin (Lovenox), and Warfarin (Coumadin)....It's by now observed that the Corona-19 virus adversely affects supply of oxygen in the body which means it adversely affects supply of red blood cells that are responsible for carrying Oxygen to tissues. This happens due to several effects of Corona-19 virus such as constriction of blood vessels.
Less or severely reduced supply of Oxygen can cause fatigue and breathlessness symptoms which are prominent in many Covid-19 patients. As pointed earlier, this reduced Oxygen supply indicates possibility of Corona-19 virus having inflammed/constricted blood vessels. Therefore, you may take a chance to revive such patients by injecting anticoagulant/antiplateletes..." and another paper titled " WHICH DIRECTION SHOULD COVID19 RESEARCH TAKE FOR FINDING EFFECTIVE DRUG AND VACCINE AGAINST CORONA-19 VIRUS?", dated April 29, 2020, he had said,".... Increased number/copies of Corona-19 virus, so to say in non-technical simple language, appear to be a swelling outside or inside a given entity. For example, the increased number of copies of Corona-19 virus in inner linings of blood vessels appear as a swelling. This swelling decreases the area through which blood flows. In other words, blood vessel constricts, leaving lesser opening for blood to flow...The increased inflammation means increased amount of infectious protein, ie, increased number of copies of Corona-19 virus....The inflammation of blood vessels causes decrease in blood flow through them. This decrease leads to clotting of blood..."
It's heartening to note other world-renowned researchers have now CONFIRMED the above quoted scientific theory of Dr Swaamee Aprtemaanandaa Jee.
To quote popular online science magazine nature's article titled 'Coronavirus blood-clot mystery intensifies' dated 8th of May, 2020,"...Other groups, including a team led by O’Donnell, have reported similar findings.
“This is not what you'd expect to see in someone who just has a severe infection,” he says. “This is really very new.” This might help to explain why some people have critically low blood-oxygen readings, and why mechanical ventilation often doesn’t help. It’s a “double hit”, says O’Donnell. Pneumonia clogs the tiny sacs in the lungs with fluid or pus, and microclots restrict oxygenated blood from moving through them...Why this clotting occurs is still a mystery. One possibility is that SARS-CoV-2 is directly attacking the endothelial cells that line the blood vessels. Endothelial cells harbour the same ACE2 receptor that the virus uses to enter lung cells. And there is evidence that endothelial cells can become infected: researchers from the University Hospital Zurich in Switzerland and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, observed SARS-Cov-2 in endothelial cells inside kidney tissues. In healthy individuals, the blood vessel is “a very smoothly lined pipe”, says Peter Liu, chief scientific officer at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. The lining actively stops clots from forming. But viral infection can damage these cells, prompting them to churn out proteins that trigger the process...."
